For our valued customers, we allow them to be hands on as much as they could, involving themselves in every aspect of their building with our drafting and design team. From financing to finish, we allow our customers to walk side by side of the entire process to make sure they get to see the process of scheduling, building, detailing and finishing process. QUOTE
Once the design team is finished with a draft sketch of your floor plan and design, we will work out the budget breakdown for your building. The customers will then put a drafting retainer down to start the process of the plan.

Contracts and Funding
BUILD
Fortress Metal Buildings’ project manager and its superintendent will work together with the customers for the architectural plans and contract to make sure everyone has an idea where, when, how to start the entire building process. All the work will be scheduled with our subcontractors and superintendent to be designated in each specific area of building.
Once the building is finished, the superintendent will walk through the customer in the entirety of the job with a list. Final grade on the property and we will turn over the building to the customers.
